Chicken Pie

This is one of my favorites!


Ingredients
1 Chicken (cut up)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Chicken Broth
1 cup Self-Rising Flour
1 cup Sour Cream
1 stick Butter (softened)

Cook chicken and place in casserole dish.
Mix soup and broth- pour over chicken.
Mix together flour, sour cream, and butter- spoon mixture on top of chicken.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until dough is light brown.



AC's Banana Pudding

This recipe is one my Grandma Whitlock's originals. There's nothing like some good banana pudding after a big Sunday lunch at Grandma's house.





Ingredients
3 boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding
5 cups Milk
8 oz Sour Cream
9 oz Cool Whip
1 lb Vanilla Wafers
3-4 large bananas

Mix pudding and milk.
Add sour cream and 1/2 Cool Whip.
Line a 3 qt casserole dish with vanilla wafers.
Top with a layer of sliced bananas and 1/2 of pudding.
Mash a few vanilla wafers in.
Top with remaining Cool Whip.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
